mmmmm marinated chevre

Made this this evening using our fresh chevre, garlic, garlic scapes and thyme all grown here on the farm, tossed in some peppercorns and oh yes ma'am! DELISH! It's hanging out in the fridge til I can harvest some fresh lettuce from our garden for tomorrows dinner....

Who says you can't have it all?! ;-)
